The truth of the matter is that here at Lorenzo Architect + Development we don’t need to fight those battles, we approach development, architecture, and construction as an integrated process. If you want the process to go smoothly, you can work with us but if you want a nightmare you can continue to go through the process by doing it the same old way, over and over and expect different results and you know what they say about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results… that’s right, its insanity.
Whether it be an urban renewal projects, retrofitting an existing building, office towers design, multifamily apartment rentals, condos, hotels, public/private partnerships, or mixed-use communities our team approaches the project in a rigorous manner to create the best viable product.

About our founder
Javier Lorenzo is a licensed architect and real estate development executive with more than a decade of experience across architecture, development, and construction.
After beginning his career in architecture, he transitioned to the ownership side of real estate, ultimately serving in development leadership roles overseeing multifamily and mixed-use projects from planning through construction and delivery.
His experience on both sides of the table shaped the foundation of Lorenzo Architecture + Development: an owner-minded approach that connects design, development strategy, and execution.
